Asian Pear combo - where to buy

Hi all,

Can anybody recommend a place in New York (preferably around NYC Long Island or surrounding area), where I can buy a Asian Pear Tree (the one where several kinds are grafted on one). I prefer a actual tree from the nursery or store rather than a bare root stuff online. Thank you so much.
